If we're really serious about trending upwards, yes it should. But we've seen it before. They may bring him back because he's a "vet" (I'd rather have a WWII vet on the mound) and he's relatively cheap. Although he may get 3-4 million in arbitration. 
Yep, they'll bring at least one of him and Perez back. Probably Bergmann too.
