Some of our minor leaguers are overrated because we don't have a great farm system.
like who? Balester was overrated by some people on here but other than that I don't know who you could be talking about.

It's too late, Bob.  We're down by four.  The Giants know the game is over so they can swing at anything now.

Post edited to reflect that PebbleBall loves Dukes, not AZ. Sorry PebbleBall, you have gotten unintentionally brought into a bunch of crap that I did not intend  Sincere apologies if you ever read this random game thread.

I can't believe we look so hopeless in a series against the Giants where we don't face Lincecum!

Yeah. I was trying to get Carpenter to say "the email was sent by Erica Isakhunt" but he didn't bite.

It's a miracle they read your questions at all.  Then again with our viewership and this late of a game, there's probably a good chance that nobody else even sent one in ;)

I'm going to my first ever Nats/first ever baseball game Fri nite. I'm sooooooooo excited.

I just know we're going to get all of our pitching woes figured and finish at least second in the NL East

:D

How often do we let our pitchers go 100+ pitches in a game?  I can't believe JZ came out for the 6th.

That's actually a good sign. He needs to experience.
