Wasn't GG Allin a Red Sox fan?  To the extent that he was a fan of anything other than wallowing in his own vomit.

According to a friend of mine, GG was actually a well spoken and read guy that just had an interesting lifestyle.  No mention of whether or not GG dug the Sux.

My history teacher showed us Dennis Caradine's death scene in North and South a few days after he died.

So why the hell did Ramos swing at a 3-0 pitch?

We've had what, one non solo HR RBI in the past two weeks?

I'll have to take that on faith.  I tried to see him (twice) but both shows were cancelled for some reason or another.  But I'd rather have GG Allin throw feces at me than watch H-Rod.

H-Rod's FB is a thing of beauty, it's his other stuff that is scary, but he looked pretty good tonight.

Think you got it the other way around.  His FB is a crapshoot on hitting the strikezone.

Carp is surprised that they haven't thrown a pitch inside to move Zimmerman off the plate.... HE'S ALREADY TWO FEET OFF THE PLATE.

H-Rod has had three really good outings that I can recall this year, so fair enough.  On the other hand, he has crapped the bed a lot.  It seems like we have gone from one hard-throwing late-inning disaster to another since Rausch got traded.  Hanrahan and Calome both had a couple of really good outings, but they consistently managed to cost games.  Didn't Hanrahan blow three straight games in Florida where we had been up by a couple of runs each time?
