I think he meant USA network, not the country, but I didn't see what he's referring to so I could be mistaken.
He did mean the network and it was a great promo.
I really don't think this is anything more than a shtick. I can't imagine they'd let him go on-and-on like he did last night when they could just cut him at any time. And when they finally cut his mic he made a goofy face and some sort of contrived gesture to the camera (which conveniently didn't cut out).
CM Punk has become one of the great ones they have so I really hope he sticks around. I miss his "Straight Edge Society" gimmick. That was fantastic.
