  • Platoon - not just a movie, a baseball obsession
Ramos :whip: bombs away. 6-0
so much for being able to trade Oberholtzer at $1 in my fantasy league.

Listening to C&D at work, Garcia sounds like he is bringing the nasty.

Get the errors out of his system now.

Florida being a peninsula and in the jet stream means there are always some strong winds.  Combine that with the small stadiums for ST and wind plays a much bigger factor here than in an MLB park.

Ehh, 6-2 and Harper made the right decision to throw to 2nd.  Dumb error on the wind.

Soriano can't be our closer this season, just can't. Rizzo really should have acquired one. Clip needs to remain in 8th inning role. Storen can't be trusted.

Soriano is dead weight. We should never sign an expensive closer again.

Might as well groom Storen or promote Clippard at this point.  Soriano seems to throw meatballs all the time.

Also, no one has gotten a hit since the 2nd inning.  Aside from Moore and Carrol, these are the regulars.

LaRoche ended that streak.

Do something Moore.  You're playing for a roster spot.

Ok, bases loaded.  1 out.  Michael Taylor up to bat.

If he can get his slider working, maybe he will have a better season.

For some reason I've got faith he's going to be dominant this season. I'm not putting too much stock in Spring numbers, especially when he's brought in during the middle of the game.

I'm not a big fan but it is his first outing.
