Sometimes I feel like if I spend too much time here, the stupidity of some of the posters might get on me and infect me.

RZ is also out-hitting Dunn by 57 points.

I'm glad you said this to demonstrate Zimmerman's superiority over Dunn.

If Dunn makes the All-Star game over RZ I won't watch the game because it would be a disgrace.

We clearly hate scoring. They almost forced us to score on that play. Eckstein should be the next to go.  :?

You're exposing yourself more and more as an AZ clone. But I'll let you in on a little secret, that's been obvious for quite some time now.

Of course I don't believe you would not watch the game anyway. You just say stuff like that to make a point.

it would be sickening though to see him make it over RZ who is hitting .314 with 16 Doubles, 12 HRs, 42 RBIs, and 32 BBs.

I'm not going to make a case for Dunn to make it to the ASG. I don't believe he deserves it. Zimmerman is the only player worthy of the ASG nod on our roster at this point, IMO. And even Zimmerman's bid is still up in the air, unless we're talking back up. Plus we have to have one by default.

haha he's still 5th in the league in homers and rbi's.  i just can't comprehend how you crap on a proven slugger (yes he strikes out a lot and he has a low average) yet you drool over the likes of bernadina and 20 years prospects that could turn out to be a bunch of never was cases.

i just don't understand why this team couldn't just fire manny tonight.  the guy knows he's toast.  just do it tonight and try and salvage the series tomorrow with a new voice.  16-44 = manny sucks.

I said that after the fact that he hit into a DP.

I forgot that the $10 Million man is excluded from criticism despite contributing greatly to nearly every loss.

Why wouldn't I be? I don't have favorite players. I want all our guys to succeed because it means I get to see my team win and I don't have to get pissed off and scream at my TV. Plus I would finally get to talk some crap to people about the Nats. I don't see the point in rooting for players to fail so I can be proven right about something or rooting more for certain players because one is "cute and sexy", this one is a nice guy, that one visits this site and another one is the so called "face of the franchise".

Dunn is overpaid. no wonder no one wanted to give him a contract except for the lowly Nats that wanted to make the move just to keep the fans quiet from nagging about not signing anybody.
