and just like I predicted the sorry ass Nats are back.

Bad defense, unclutch hitting, and terrible pitching.

(Image removed from quote.)

it's 3 freaking innings.

imo, it's lannan that has sucked tonight and put us in a hole.

hahahahaha now you love guzman.

nyjer was safe on that play and the ump screwed us.

captain morgan > bernadina

that play changed the momentum of the game. not a good decision by Morgan and it cost us even though the ump blew it.

still can't get over at how bad that call was at third ... morgan was safe by a mile.

and there's SF reeming Dunn - one of our hottest hitters - keep it up SF!  you're not a homer at all.  (if that's zim he's crying about the strike 3 call saying it's a ball)

It's good to see everyone is back to their criticizing. We are only in the 4th inning.

The offense didn't seem to care the other night against Johnson either and then broke out for a big inning late.  They've had a lot of big innings late lately.

we've seen this story 100 times. Nats reel off a nice string of wins in August every year and then go down the tubes for the rest of the year.

There's no excuse to not go at least 3-3 on this road trip against average teams.

I am not saying I have given up on this game... Far from it. I think we have a good shot, we need to just get to their bullpen and JL needs to keep them at 3

WTF are you talking about?  They've done better in Sept. than August nearly every year.

Haha I'm watching that game too, seriously how hated is Youkilis by MLB players?  He gets plunked almost every game!

You expect them to win every game. There is no pleasing you. You look for the faults instead of focusing on the positives.

yeah since you make the rules.  dude we were getting pwned by josh johnson (who is 100million X better than hanson) and we came back and won.  if all you are going to be is a negative nancy why do you post here.  and how can such a debbie downer be so high on our future when you constantly just reem the team (minus zim, lannan, nieves and the rest of you kliq)?  i'm not trying to call you out, i'm just trying to figure you out.

We need some offense from the bottom of the lineup.

Last year they finished off August with 6 straight wins and then went 7-17 in September.

That is what I was referring too.

and now they have stopped working Hanson's pitch count which should enable him to go at least 7.

everyone is up swinging early in the count.

FAIL

I wonder what Dibble will say if they do sign Strasburg for 20 million.
He's going to have a fit

I don't think so. I think he'll embrace him once he's a National.
