wow Stammen is terrible :spaz:

Why the freak is Davey using him again after yesterday's meltdown?

i can't remember who is good.  Is anyone on the Nats any good?

Daniel Descalso series MVP, better than all of our hitters combined.

Our pitching is utter garbage.

This really sucks.  We had a favorable pitching match-up going into it.  Just sucks that our starters are melting down towards the end of the season.

I am starting to think the team bought stock in Tums and Rolaids. This waiting till the end to start hitting stuff is so 2005.

cardinals players are money in the postseason and that's what seperates us from them even though we won 10 more games

Cardinals get fireworks (or that's what it sounds like on the radio) with their home runs - apparently Busch Stadium doesn't have neighbours who complain all the time and have access to top-dollar lawyers like Nats Park does.

How many putrid playoff pitching performances are we going to get this playoffs?

Not too many, given our offense.

Great, Stammen.  Just put this one completely out of reach, why don't you?

homer followed by a walk against the bottom of the order. Stammen loaded the bases yesterday with no outs and Davey sticks him right back in there. What the freak?

From the start I've said I'd be happy to take a split at Busch Stadium.  Happy to take it still but man is this hard to watch.

Stammen should be the last one used out of the pen. Bum ass turd. Where's Garcia, Gonzalez, etc, etc?

I didn't expect to get the win tonight. But the lack of offense is disturbing.

Last 5 Cardinals batters Craig Stammen has faced (going back to yesterday): walk, solo home run, hit batter, single, error.

Stammen's been mediocre since his hot start.  He walks too many.

And now we will chat with Stevey McKatty... Hey Steve, what the freak is going on with the Washington Nationals pitching? People drinking too much coffee? Putting too much liquor in your coffee? Did you send the 1/2 scout to check out the Cardinals? Moronic broadcasters want to know.
