Tomterp is your right-hand clean up man as a mod, and Mr. Perfect was kind of like the #2 clever heel in the late 80's/early 90's behind Dibiase.  Jeez, I gotta give a wrestling history lesson up in this piece.

Currently they are sucking off on the Mutts and Johan Santana was just on talking about his knee injury and knee pain. The whole time he was talking I couldn't stop looking at his shirt that had "affliction" written bold across it. How fitting.

Sorry, it's been a long time for me, and my mom didn't let me watch wrestling when I was younger so I only got to see what I was able to sneak in

From what I've read, D.C./N.VA should be getting MLB HD on FIOS now. Hope it's soon for Richmond.

Channel 586.  :woop:

They're airing a Cubs v. Pirates game from the early 1990's right now.  Man B*rry Bonds was a stick figure.

Heathcliff Slocumb pitching for the Cubs!

I'm moving in two weeks and the place I'm moving to will be outfitted with Dish Network.  I was disappointed to learn the MLB Channel or Extra Innings aren't offered on Dish Network this season.  Hopefully they'll pick it up next season but I've really been enjoying it so far this year.

I have DISH, and heard the CEO say they thought that they already provided enough baseball options (ha- no MASN-HD) and the price was too high.

So there aren't going to be any games unless they're available on Fox of ESPN, right?  That blows.

The MLB network has pretty much become the only thing I watch...really.

I wish they showed more live games.  I don't care what they are but if they could just randomly show out of area games based on where you lived every night.  Right now they show 1 game on Thursday from what I can tell.

As the network evolves, I think they will show more games.  The shows during the week in the evening and into the night are great. I like how they show all the great plays of the night on the "premier plays" and don't just limit to 5.

They have Saturday night baseball as well.

They just pick up a feed from one of the games going on, they don't actually send out a crew and broadcast it though.

I love MLB Network.

If anyone coaches or is interested in the instructional aspect of baseball, Diamond Demos with Harold Reynolds is good. It's a little elementary, but it's good for picking up different viewpoints, terminology, concise lessons, etc.

True.  But the point is, there's a game on every Saturday night.

Of the 18 guys we have on the roster of my team, I know about 10 who could stand to learn the basics of fielding just about any position on the field.

Right.  Either way, the network is blowing the doors off ESPN right now...and it's not even close to being close.

I also like the Quick Pitch show.  You get game highlights without the inane blabber from the Baseball Tonight crew.

This is the best channel ever.

Tuned in tonight (like many a night) and the first line I hear is about how Babe Ruth drank bourbon and ginger before breakfast, changed silk shirts 7 times a day, and basically lived in whorehouses.

Then 15 minutes later the show talks about Walter Johnson and the 1924 World Series.  :worship:

MLB Network is doing a first half review.  NL East is up next.
