Any fantasy player who used Detroit's Rick Porcello for a spot start against 1st place Texas got burned today.  After 3 innings:
1 IP, 10 hits, 8 ER,  1 BB, 1 K  72.00 ERA, 11.00 WHIP
    :poke:

Wil Cordero -> D'Angelo Jiminez -> Matt Stairs -> Mark Derosa

I'm sure that I am missing someone inbetween Jiminez and Stairs, just can't remember the name.

I would have played lombardozzi at 3rd.  i think he'd have better at bats than these veterans.

"Veteran Presence" is incredibly overrated and overvalued if said Veterans are no longer good at baseball.

play the players who can actually freaking play.

Werth with a weak strikeout.  He has really cooled off.

You wouldn't want him to feel bad if he got hooked for the L.

I can't stand the idea that it's going to be like this all year.  5 aces (exaggerating slightly) and we're never going to be able to look at a matchup and say "that should be an easy win".

Not with this offense.
