The Nats better get the benefit of same craptastic strike zone ....

When you pop out on the first pitch it doesn't matter.

I don't know how we can win this game.

The bullpen has completely imploded. Even if we score, somebody has to come out and pitch in the bottom of the inning and I don't trust this bullpen tonight.
We could always give this guy a call...I'm sure he'd come.   :P

This is not on the Chief - ridiculous bloop hits and a horrendously ridiculous strike zone
Walking the 1st batter is on Chief.. other than that just some very bad luck

As Chad and the Nats blow their 11th save of the season, and after reading all the negativity in this thread, I'm surprised the game is so close. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for being so negative so often, and in a close game at that. had it been a blowout, I could understand, but sheesh, give the guys a break.

With 2 cents more of positive energy, the game would be over and the Nats would have one more win. No wonder I hate coming into this thread.

Uggh, double play.  Last year, I loved extra inning games.  It was truly "bonus baseball".  Now, we play in waaaay too many of these games.

I'd rather lose 10-0 than this bull#@%^.  Our bullpen is a complete and utter DISASTER.

Yeah, we should all be beaming with joy when the Nats just blew a surefire win against the Blows of all teams.

Go drink your Kool Aid elsewhere.

Well, the homplate umpire has been abysmal and the bullpen has given up the lead, TWICE.

I think that warrants negativity.

If you honestly think what we say has any effect on the outcome of the game, think again.

Mmhmm.  Were you here during the game saying stuff like "Go Kearns" or "It's okay, Kearns, good try"?  I think not.
