You naged about Olen having an 88 mph fastball calling it BP speed, where does JD's fastball sit?
About the same but he has much better command than Olsen and he knows how to pitch to contact and get outs. He did it last year for us in the Majors/Minors and he's doing it again so far this year in Syracuse. He's not a stud but he can give us a 4.50 ERA and some decent innings. A lot more than you can say for Olsen.
