Very important strikeout by Bergmann there against Wright.  Probably kept him in the game.

Bergman looked like a deer in the headlights a little while ago. Maybe he can regain focus and make lemonade from these lemons.

Side retired...good point.  Let's see if Jason can put this behind him.

I think hitting the pitcher shook him up a little.

Hey is it just me or does Paciorek have a hard on for Wright?

as well it should.  If I was Randy St. Claire...I'd paddle him or something for that.   :?

He's like that with everybody...every play and every player is like the best thing in the world.  He can get on your nerves sometimes.

Yeah I agree but he seems to have the biggest man crush on Wright. Ever since the opening series he has gone on about Wright, even when we weren't playing the Mets.

Thanks.
Not for long I'm afraid. It's already Sunday here.
Hmm. 2 quick outs.  Amazing game from Billy Traber yesterday.

What time is it over there, and since you're ahead of us, who is really winning the game?

Soriano has bee in a little struggle lately with the strikeouts mounting. He seems to go in cycles. He'll be scorching hot. Then he'll cool off completely and strike out a lot. This will be followed by a short period when he starts to lift the ball and hit into a lot of flyouts...and then DAMAGE!!!!

i like bergmann but he has to realize that the reason he's been up and down the past two seasons is b/c he can't find the plate.  he has good stuff, but it's ineffective if he can't consistently throw strikes.

c'mon jason.

I mostly agree but I'm not so sure his stuff is all that good. He is at best a bottom of the roation pitcher.
