I'm stating the obvious I know, but is this the third out of four starting pitchers that's gone through the seventh? That's gotta be a record for the Nats...

The Ump gave Desmond some style points by calling that out.  What a beauty though.

Taveras ran and got thrown out.
Gameday froze with Pudge batting. What's up?

Obviously not fast enough.  I'd rather take my chances with Pudge's bat with 2 outs.

Sarcasm.

Desmond is out of his mind today. Wow.

I remember natsaddict complaining about olivo's defense.

That was catching the ball.  On balls to his left, he backslaps at them and knocks them into the 3b dugout.

Let him go the complete game? He's not at 100 pitches yet. Capps can be waiting to go if he gets into trouble

Stammen pounding the zone and getting ahead of batters with first pitch strikes today. Great outing, does he go for the CG?

Think they'll leave him in for the complete game? Hope so. He's pitching over his head, and he won't have many chances at a complete game...

Now, you'd go to defensive subs.  A 3-run lead with six outs is too much time left.

If Riggleman keeps doing that, it's going to come back and bite him.

You bring in Capps now. Manny would have let Stammen face one batter for the applause

Glad to see Stammen rebound.  Even though it was the Phillies, he looked pretty crappy last time out.

Why is this "over his head"?  He's just making his pitches.  He's not throwing anything different than what he usually does.
