Here's the official playoff prices.  Note the strips associated with last year's seats were sold at a discount to these...I could never figure it out, but the "extra" strips associated with renewals worked out exactly according to the chart.  My strip refunds came through about a week and a half ago and seemed right and my single game refund from the NLCS hit yesterday with a transaction date of Nov 1st and was right on the money.

Stop trolling, multiple posts have explained this.

Finally got my refund.

Got the refunds yesterday. As of today, the credit card company owes me money.  I think I'm going to send them a notice, saying they are in default, and jack up the cash back rewards they give me for each purchase.

Same here.  They actually refunded me $30 more than I paid originally, a real shocker.

According to a post on the BPG forum the Nats plan on blaming the delayed refunds on Stubhub

I finally got the remainder of my refund credited to amex over the weekend.  Anyone else still waiting?

I'm still waiting for my refund on 3 strips I bought.  I already paid in full for next season, so there is no issue of it being credited against next seasons tix.  Most people probably don't do it that way, so they probably aren't on top of processing strip refunds as opposed to the individual ticket refunds.  Has anyone who has strip refunds coming to them gotten their money?

I should've been more specific.  my refund was from 4 strips, after paying off next season.

Ah, ok -- great news.  Hopefully mine should be coming soon too then.  Did the amount seem correct?  Did you get any sort of invoice or accounting showing the math?

So the 4 strips were really 2 pairs of 2 strips, one at the STH price and one at the full price.  Partial refunds were processed in mid-October, with 2 credits to my amex.  The credit showed up online today with Friday's date on it and the amount was exactly what I was expecting.  The credit was not there yesterday.  I've noticed with amex that credits never show up as pending transactions. Otherwise I haven't received any kind of invoice or accounting statement from the team, even though they promised it about 2 weeks ago.  Also, I don't know if my ticket rep had anything to do with this.  I emailed him about 2 weeks ago and got an out of office reply that he'd be away until today.  This took way too long, but in the end, the refund was exactly correct, down to the penny.

I was promised an accounting statement about two weeks ago too and have received none. I bought six strips and went on the payment plan for my regular tickets. They skipped my payment on Nov. 1 but I would still like to see the numbers.

Thousands of my dollars being vaguely allocated without anything in writing. Yes, it's a big deal.

Put together your own accounting statement.

Yep, that's what I will need to do. It would be nice if they actually provided detailed info so I don't have to piece it all together.

Better to have the independent verification as per your own credit card/bank transaction records.

Naturally, I have that to date but because I'm on the installment plan, I don't know what they say I still owe them. That's my main concern as well as the  the price per ticket charged with the scripts. I want to confirm that if possible since I collected from my partners by the game.

Those who say no big deal probably have no skin in the game.
