I'm going with Meyer. Prospect rankings are tough. You have to mesh the potential with production/success and development. Otherwise, your most recent picks will dominant the top 5. Guys like Burgess, Smoker, etc as soon as they were drafted. So even though I think Giolito is more likely to reach his potential than Meyer, I go Meyer because he's coming off a very good first season of pro ball and still has similar upside. He has ace potential. So there's still room for him to be an impact player, even if he doesn't reach his ceiling. He could still be a solid middle the rotation guy even if his change doesn't improve. Or, he can be a dominant closer. Lots of talent and upside with Meyer.
