Honestly, the Nats had the game from the get go. I'm beating a dead horse (and a bit of "if the queen had balls she'd be the king), but without the wind the Nats win this one at least 6-3.
And that would have been consistent with
Ryan Dempster's decline as a pitcher in 2011.
His ERA and WHIP rose sharply last year, to 4.80 and 1.45, even though he still threw 191 K's.
