Those are "insert" cards.  Only 1 or 2 autograph cards in ____ packs of cards.  They are signed before the cards are put into packs.

Otherwise, no.  I rather meet the person and get an autograph.

I'm just wondering how they source the autographs- the jersey fragments in the cards were among the fakes
