That's about 20 pitches too many. I wish they would have pulled him after 5. It's a little early in the season to be throwing that much. Disappointed in Davey.

Not only that...

If you have to pull pitchers at 80 pitches, you shouldn't have a starter... everyone should be a bullpen arm, just to make sure no one throws too many pitches.
