Man, is this team exciting, even when they play like crap.  That ticks me off that Frank didn't have faith in his team by:
A: using Castro as a PH instead of anyone else like Escobar, Ward
B: using Wagner in the 8th instead of the safe Rauch/Bowie

Yeah, no reason to disrespect Stanton.  He was reasonably solid for us, he's a good guy, and we got a lot of good prospects by trading him not once, but twice ;)

I say we bring him back to DC *again* next year :lol:

How was it a bad call?  I can't see on TV but on Gameday it looks like all 3 pitches were roughly in the same place...

That was not a strike. That shouldnt even be a strike on a 3-0 count with the bases loaded.
