I just start laughing when I think about it and now he is one of the Pirate Pen Scrubs

He was a scrub when he was our closer but Manny was a moron and kept trotting him out there hoping he would suddenly turn out ok.

he was good but not great. I mean this is still the AAA Pirates even though they clubbed Stammen and Lannan.

Definitely encouraging to see Bally not getting rocked up here though.

So Klej = Hanrahan

99 mph 8 miles outside the plate is worthless. Nice win though. Also, I <3 Hammer.

Ive been discussing with my brother about jerseys and shirts but here is my next investment that I am taking opinions on.

Should I buy a Willingham jersey and Lannan shirt or Lannan jersey and Willingham shirt. I was thinking the latter.

See mine below. I daresay the bullpen might have been better this year had he been playing for the Nationals.

Good to see at least one of the local sides prevailing for once - just got home from watching the Mystics level the score with East-leading Indiana Fever, then letting them go on a 13-nil run to start the fourth quarter; Mystics ultimately losing by 8...United and Freedom both lost yesterday as well.

Quote
"Wil is one of the best at blocking the ball," said Nationals interim manager Jim Riggleman. "He had a couple of tough pitches to handle. The one he got a grip on, he got the guy at first. That was big. I thought Sosa threw the ball extremely well, but he is in a little trouble there. That play right there got us out of trouble. So, we are certainly happy with Wil's play."

Sosa sucked goatass - I'm confused as to what Riggleman was watching.
