rain has stopped here in bethesda, looks like there's a chance we could be looking at light drizzle/clouds tonight ... i really hope we get this game in.

Why they haven't put Josh Willingham in regular rotation is beyond me. Kearns can deliver, but it's always a surprise when he does.

I've got tickets for tonight, and I'm not going, so, of course, they'll play.

Kearns has performed much better than Willingham in pretty much every facet so far this season.  This is the best lineup available to us right now.

Cuz Willinghammer has sucked off the bench and starting, so might as well let him suck on the bench.

Johnny says if you're going to the game you'd better bring a jacket and an umbrella.  ;)

i would go if i could tonight.

i'm expecting the lowest turnout since the team has come to dc, but it'll get better as the season goes.

Looks like nobody's here, either. They've started playing - already looking bad, leadoff hit and now Lannan keeps trying to pick off the runner.

Please let this game be called.  I don't like the way things are developing.

Dukes is almost as bad as Milledge in center.

Matsui got on, missed how.  Lannan had him picked off but Johnson hit him on the throw down to second.  Bourn then flew out sending the runner to third.  Berkman stung one over Dukes head that sailed on him a bit. he broke in intially and it rolled all the way to the wall.  Berkman then tried to steal 3rd but Flores gunned him out.  Lee grounded out to Guz.

No, he's much better than Milledge in center, that was just a bad read though off the bat.

seriously F-U dukes.

a routine flyball to center and he's the only CF in the majors that could freak that play (notice I said in the majors - so Milledge doesn't qualify).

and nick johnson what the freak kinda throw was that.  pick up your damn pitcher fellas.  no wonder nobody is coming out to see this crappy team.  a full day and a half off and they still boot the ball around.

Wow, now MLB Gameday is actually making things up. It claims Michael Bourn struck out.
