are we really going to get 2-hit shutout by Bronson Arroyo in this bandbox? :?

No excuse. No tip of the hat. No props to Arroyo. He wasn't good by any means tonight. The Nats completely punted this game.

I was actually out walking my dogs when they scored that goal but I just happen to be walking by ronnynat's house and heard the loud screaming and knew the Caps had won the series.

Ray Knight

just said "Johnny Gomes, what are you doing? you are not that good" when referring to his excessive stare down after hitting a few HRs.

If Mock has any balls he will plunk him tomorrow night in his first AB.

Nothing screams we suck a lot like a retaliatory Hit by pitch against a guy that kicked our ass. We are pretty much saying you are better than us.

Come on Jim...that presser was almost Manny like. Jonny Gomes is not that good of a hitter. Jeez.....

he kind of got on them at the end though. called out their effort.

he also called the winning streak and all of those comebacks last week a fluke which was good to hear.

you couldn't keep pitching like crap and not have it come back to bite you.

the skins game was worse :(

they get a giant F for the game tonight. couldn't have gone any worse. Theismann is ripping on them left and right.

it's all second and third stringers.  the starters left when it was what 3-0?  no moss, no portis, please.  sometimes i wish you weren't a DC fan.

and for the nats 8-GAME WIN STREAK - COUNT 'EM 8 - to be a fluke ... that's bullcrap.  maybe one or two of them, but to call the complete streak a fluke ... that's dumb.

the only good thing to come out of this game is that stupid freaks will shut up about Colt Brennan and the back-ups replacing Campbell.

the Nats streak was a fluke and these losses validate that statement. Hell, even Rigglemann admitted so. They weren't going to continue to win games as long as the starting pitching remained awful. The offense had a hot, fluke week and are now back to doing what they were doing before the streak. It also helped that we were playing against bullcrap teams although I thought that's what the Reds were. :bang:

I couldn't imagine to his reaction to the first time that Gary benched Mike Jones. He would flip flop on Gary more times than he has already on Mike Rizzo.

are you watching the same game as me?

Joe T. and Mike Patrick are just dogging the Skins over and over for this pathetic display this evening.

So many missed tackles.

Kevin Barnes looks like a bum. where did he go to college? :lmao:
