finally some signs of concrete.  any word on if we are going to have those 13 story condo's yet?

Man they are moving right along on this. They must have been doing some work before the ground breaking. Getting out of the ground is most often the most difficult part of a construction job. Most of the time the longest time spent is before anything is constructed just setting up all the plumbling and electrical stuff. The next longest stage is often the finishing. From looking at how quickly they got out of the ground this project might just be completed on time.

but still won't be comfortable till the Lerners
and the DC Council say its a GO!

WOW! They're moving alot faster than I thought they would.....the got like 50% of the first level complete and it looks like they are startin the second deck near the right feild foul pole.

Looks like spider-zilla is going after the Capitol building, oh noes!!!  Not the politicians, not CONGRESS!!!  Whatever will we do without the CONGRESS!!! :roll:
