We have had far more than our share of injuries so I hold no sympathy for anybody.

Come off it. You don't cheer injuries!

good for him. Marlins are going through hell right now. they deserve it though after what they did to us.

But it still looks bad for Anibal after shoulder surgery.  The target is only a suggestion, and he's missing by a foot or two on most pitches.  He's never gotten the command back.  I do feel bad for him since Loria screwed him out of MLB salary when he sent him down and then put him on the DL the next day, and refused to pay his MLB salary.  That grievance by MLBPA still hasn't been settled.  Then, a few months later, his infant son died from a mosquito bite.  You almost can't help but root for a guy who has been all he's been through, but, sad to say, it looks like its time to hang it up.

Just got in in time to see Zimm's second homer.  Nice to see Martis was able to do damage control and has pitched well since.  Also very nice to see the bats continuing to be hot 8)

if it benefits us. I shouldn't cheer but if it helps us I'm for it. other teams benefit when we have players out injured so why shouldn't we do the same?

didn't the Phillies come back from 9 runs down or something crazy like that earlier this year?  We need to keep pouring it on every chance we get.

I love it when Fat Joe pitches against the Nats. There should be a Fat Joe on every team that plays the Nats.

Zimm sure seems to be swinging the bat quite happily since his extension was finalized ;)

I think there's a difference in seeing the benefit and finding glee in the fact he's injured.
