Lannan is batting, so maybe they stick with him for a little while longer

If you hadn't turned the sound off you would know...

i was just curious as to why they kept showing it?  has that been a tradition?  or did rasmus hit his 50th home run or something?

I'm glad they didn't PH Lannan, now hopefully he can go another inning.

I hope the offense remembers to come back for Game 2.

Lannan should make it through the whole inning. Because otherwise we get Chad Gaudin.

Ugh, leadoff single.

Lannan doesn't have his best today.  Good thing he's getting good run support and limiting damage where he can.

OH well, Now they should burn Gaudin, so we have the pitchers we actually can rely on for Game 2.

Pathetic outing by Lannan. They give you 7 runs and you can't even go 6 innings?

:smh:

Yeah, hopefully they won't fall to the temptations of the City that Never Sleeps

I hope the offense remembers to come back for Game 2.

To his defense, he is facing the Cards, not the Mets

Nice DP. Gaudin should keep pitching until the Cardinals come within 2 runs. Save the bullpen! Save the bullpen!

One of those was on a double steal of Home
I absolutely love it when this team plays small ball.
