Bo played in the NFL. not the NBA

and it can be argued that Deion Sanders was the best two-sport athlete.  I think.

I was responding to Bob. :D

And to the second thing you said, Oh, hell no! Bo was by far the best. This conversation is meant for another thread, though.

Perez is competent thus far.

even though he is escaping BIG time on some foul balls. I count at least 5 pitches that were JUMPED on that hooked foul.

Third inning hasnt been nice to us.....

There's Nick's first hit off of a LH pitcher this season (1/8).

His OBP is pretty sick, though. I just noticed that earlier. It's around .400.

I really like how the whole team is wearing high socks.

that's the way a baseball uniform is supposed to be worn.

The Nats have warning track power.  The Marlins have had no problem smoking balls way out.

Amen to that.

Basketball = either way

It's alright, Guzman. We can forgive that if you keep hitting.

Do you think we will throw out a single baserunner all year?

Perez is just inconsistent w/ his release. His best stuff can get any of these guys out. I guess that's the story on a lot of our guys, though. :?

I think he gave up before he threw it. That was pretty funny looking. Ramirez was basically already there.

We need to get some hitting going.  Perez has pitched well so far.  Get these guys a lead, and maybe they can close out innings.

I'm pretty confident that Lo Duca can throw out Bengie Molina if he chose to try and steal.
