Don't forget lying on Twitter, since you're assuming Gio purchased a substance from Tony Bosch, which he denies.
Untrue. He said he doesn't know Tony Bosch. Who is to say that he bought from Tony himself and not just the "company" in which he operates. I buy from Amazon but that doesn't mean that I know the CEO. Not trying to be mean, but this is something that can be argued in court. His words are specific enough to state he doesn't know Tony, that isn't the same as saying he didn't buy something from his company.
Also, all this talk of him buying from a sleazy outfit is kinda wacky too. How does anyone know before this story is released that this clinic is dirty? Unless he has inside info and indeed wants illegal steroids, he isn't going around saying "Hey I would like to buy training supplies and supplements from you but I need to know if you are selling any illegal banned substances to other MLB players in the case that they get indicted for using steroids." Again, the argument goes both ways to condemn him or to help prove his innocence.
I will wait until MLB does a thorough investigation and until then, I will base myself of the principles of "innocent until proven guilty" unlike the opposite which many jump to.
