nooooo. villone

Riggleman just can't help himself from using these veteran aholes. First, he uses Bard to PH and then brings in Villone.

Riggleman is embarrassing. Why not let one of your call ups get this inning.

Now that we have 12 pitchers, expect Riggleman to mix and match all season to the tune of batter faced per bullpen arm.

i hope you know that gonzalez and nieves are included in that group.

it's no secret that our FO/ownership needs to go out and get some serious MLB talent this offseason.

Riggleman is just trying to do what he thinks will squeeze wins out of this crap team.  He's not taking any chances after Seattle shafted him last year.  You guys should lighten up.

yes i was including them. it would have been nice to get a look at some of these young guys this september but it is clearly evident that is not going to happen. we are stuck with orr, bard, villone, etc.

All he is doing is guaranteeing that he will not be brought back next season.

Bad teams in September usually play their young guys to see what they got. We continue to play bums that will not be back on this team next year. It doesn't make sense. We should be evaluating for 2010 and beyond.

What's funny is that these vets don't even give us the best chance to win so Riggleman's crap is hypocritical anyways. We have a better chance to win using some of these other guys.

I know exactly what Riggleman is doing and I hate it.

It's not like we are winning more games or anything this way. Play the young guys god damn it. :bang:

I'm shocked Rizzo didn't tell him what to do.

There is no greater insult than them having confidence to put Brad Lidge on the mound in a save situation!

The Nats are going to turn Brad Lidge's season around this series.

We have seen it many times before.

0-7 7+ ERA 10 blown saves

You would think I was talking a Hanrahan not Lidge
