Quick poll you catch a opposing teams homer at home do you throw it back?
I say no.

So do the ushers at Nats Park who will throw you outta the park if you do.

Absolutely I do. Unless it is from like a special player like Pujols or Griffey or something... If I catch a Cody Ross dinger to make it like 4-1 in the second, I will throw it back as hard as I can.

yep. I saw a guy get thrown out last year when Mike O'Connor gave up a first pitch of the game bomb to Cody Ross.

The worst part of your statement is that Ross gives the Nats a lot of chances too.

I cannot believe Bard took that hittable 3-1 82 mph meat ball right down the chute.

I remember early this year Dibble spouting off about how Ross wasn't the Babe... then the next couple at bats he hits bombs that just killed the Nats. I LOL'd.

Why has Bard been playing so much lately over Nieves?

where was that pitch at?

if you can't get close calls you have little chance of success against this lineup.

In the Fish @ Mets game, after warmup for the 7th, Maine takes the ball after the throw to 2b, and then suffers some sort of injury walking up to the rubber.

Where was the RF'r backing him up?  Thing looked like it rolled all the way to Jersey after it hit the wall.
