Since it says THE GOAT, both words allcaps, that suggests that either
(a) he believes Kobe is a goat, or
(b) both THE and GOAT are acronyms, so if GOAT stands for Greatest Of All Time, THE might stand for This Hotshot's Ego. Cuz I'm sure that's appropriate for Kobe Bryant too.
