Take some pitches from this bum!  We keep hacking at everything, he's not even close most of the time.

Gio hasn't taken a pitch since his homer.  Not sure he's seen a strike since then either.

That's because you aren't sure what a strike is at this point.

Wow, Hernandez gave Harper a freebie - ball four was right down the pipe on Gameday.

FP is talking about an article published in BP today.  Pretty cool series of charts.

You know why he got jammed, because zim has to swing at that pitch since angel is gonna call that crap a strike.

Off-topic, just noticed that Tribe Time has "watched" underneath his username with a green exclamation point to the left of it.

Just out of curiosity, what does that mean?

It looked lower live.

Not exactly center on Gameday, down in the corner.

His zone has seemed pretty consistent outside of Harper... and you could argue his zone has been consistent with Harper as well... just a really expanded zone, that is.

Yeah, not exactly center, but well within reason. Three of the four balls were strikes the last time Harper batted. Maybe he was making it up.

I take the gameday box with a grain of salt.  I've seen them way off in certain parks, and they are not the same as the box shown on TV.

In the Harper at bat, all the strikes were clearly well off the plate outside the box, which corresponded to what we saw - balls outside/low.
