No Giambi and A-ROID and Pettite and Clemens did!

Funny how you ignored my bit about Orioles fans at RFK telling me they were no Nats fans.

I don't think I can explain my hatred of the Yankees. It rivals my hatred of Duke.

They used to be my top 2, now I barely care about them any more (I'm a fatalist with the NCAA, hating Duke has become beyond pointless to me).

Phillies + Penguins = SEETHERAGE

why

Who cares about the Yankees? They aren't even in the same league. There are probably 10 teams I hate more than them including the Orioles, Cardinals, Marlins, Braves, Phillies, Mets, Cubs, etc.

nats have a brighter future than o's.  i know i had a post at the start of 2011 season saying how i wish the nats could be like them - which was dead wrong - but yeah we're going to be better than the birds for many years.

No matter who wins the series, these have been great games.  Why can't our series be like that? :?

i would've at least liked to have seen the nats crowd have a chance to get behind the team.  with the exception of the first two outs, there wasn't really anything to get going.

morse crap the bed, if he didn't, who knows maybe we're back in it.  but being down 4-0 in the 2nd inning ... that was terrible.

I want to agree with you, but I never would have expected the Orioles to be this good right now, so I'm not so sure any more.

Ugh, too true.

And I'm sure Tejada and Palmeiro supplied the Yankees with a lot of their PEDs.  Baltimore and New York are fairly close.

No crap. Baltimore was one of the MLB spots where the juice was rampant. It seemed to be the east coast distribution point. The Bay area was the west coast post. Texas was the central spot. And Baltimore was the east coast clubhouse for PED traffic.

Really?  That would make sense because Tejada came from Oakland (BALCO).  I was just freaking around with CALSGR8, but I love the hypocrisy of an O's fan, who likely cheered Tejada and Palmeiro, nagging about PEDs.

What makes you say Baltimore was a distribution point, as opposed to New York or some other city?  Is it Tejada, or something else?

jones is a stud, machado will be good, matusz has to stay in bullpen ... but wieters is overrated, they don't have a 2B, their rotation (as good as it's been, is jumbled), etc.

Bigbie, Segui, etc. etc. all known juicers.

Interesting - didn't know about them.

An O's/Nats (ahem Morse, Boone, LoDuca) fan complaining about the Yankees juicing is like Mao telling Stalin he's too violent. :lmao:

Don't forget that Palmeiro came from Texas which had tons of juicers with the likes of Juan Gonzalez (one of the main juicers of the time) and Pudge and the one and only Jose Canseco who came from the Bay area. I forget some of the other names in the birds' clubhouse but there were certainly others (Brady Anderson and David Segui).

Edit: Linty beat me to it. Lindy you're an jerk.

I'm afraid to answer it because I may have to admit that they may just be the better team (I don't actually believe that though ).
