That hitter is FAST. Look where he is when the ball goes over the fence. 
yeah, that's my fault. I edited the ROM file to customize the team and player names, and I set that batter's speed to the maximum possible value because I wanted to see if it made any difference. When I played that game as a little kid, it always seemed like everyone was the same damn speed (really slow).
