Alright Eso: I was watching some program a few weeks back and some dudes were being sentecne for a crime, and the judge senteced one dude to 25 to life(which i figures meant that he would have to serve a life sentence with parole eligibility after 25 years) and then the next dude he gave a sentence of life to 25.

Is 25-to-life the same as life-to-25? If not, what the difference?

I've never heard of the concept of "life-to-25," which seems just as backwards to me as it does to you.  Perhaps the judge misspoke or something?  Keep in mind, however, that I'm focusing on litigation and big corporate work, not criminal defense, so I just can't speak with any authority on sentencing.

Do they teach MURPHY's LAW in law school?
Like how I BENCH Zimmerman on my fantasy team, so he gets a Run, Hit and RBI?

ugh.. bad inning from 1-2-3 hitters.  Come on Chico, give us 1 more scoreless inning.

I would have preferred keeping the chops off the scoreboard, but that debacle could've gone a lot worse.  Good job by Rivera

Why anyone would ever throw Church anything other than breaking balls I'll never comprehend..  Same with Schneider

jesus is`warming up to pitch...
it looks like the lowest attendance of the year to me.  I'm wondering if there are 10,000 there.

Tom and Don commented that there are "a couple thousand" brave fans tonight.

Ouch.

How about a few more runs?  We all know how Chief likes to create drama in the 9th against the Braves..

edit: Why is Jimenez on this team?? He is completely worthless
