Doesn't Gonzalez balk every single pitch when he goes from the windup? Dude annoys the hell out of me.

each game is more frustrating than the game before.

it doesn't matter if we get a lead or get in a hole. the result is still the same. this team doesn't know how to win baseball games.

Manny is a predictable prick. Way to bench one of the few major league quality hitters and then send him up for the indignity of making the final out. Maybe Willingham should change his name to Cabrera and get a DR citizenship and Manny may actually pay attention to him.

We could be out of this thing by the end of next week if we keep this up. How sad is that? Manny has got to go.

GAME OVER.  WE LOSE.

She doesn't know yet.

The Nationals are now on a pace to finish the season with 0 wins and 162 losses.
(Never try and sell season tickets, after losing a game like this, Stan.)

They should have to wear caps with straight W's on them, because they aren't getting any curly ones.

I'm just thankful I noticed Blade Runner was on TV after the fourth inning... Saved myself two hours of pain. Just noticed a popup indicating I got my post-game alert, and sure enough, 0-5. This season is gone, question is how long does Manny have? I'm thinking not very at this point, embarrassing is beyond an understatement at this point.

we are a total laughing stock. I have stopped watching highlight shows and Baseball tonight because I am so embarrassed by this team.

Acta has to go NOW. please, do something to shake this squad up. they are hopeless.

Yep, was on Encore. And trust me, about 100x better than watching innings 5-9 I would imagine.

"We're coming around"
"Lannan didn't have his best stuff tonite, but he battled. He'll be fine once he comes around"
"I'm not concerned about this team, we're still in the first week of the season. We'll be fine"
"I saw alot of positives tonite"
"Tough loss, but you have to put that behind you and get ready for tomorrow"
"Nothing is changing with Lastings. He is our center fielder"

and then the Phils come to town. With Olsen and Cabrera starting the next two wins against really good offensive teams we could be looking at 0-7. then we have a rookie on the mound against the World Series Champs. seriously they might not win a game for several days.
