I agree with Ken, i wuldve pushed the envelope and at lesat let Chico start the innig.
I would've taken him out because he seemed to labor all night. Having said that, I don't like Manny's philosophy of taking pitchers out so they can leave on positive notes. I think they should allow pitchers to stretch themselves out to set up for longer outings.
