DUNN drives in 2, knocks the L.A.-pansey-actor-wannabe pitcher off his bike.

That conservative call of holding Willingham at 3rd earlier may be very costly for us.

True, being conservative when you are down big seems a bit iffy.  Although, I am happy overall with the job Listach has done so far as 3B coach.

i just texted a few of my fellow nats fans friends (like texting better than posting on boards haha even though i have almost 7250 posts) ... that we are soooooo close to having something special, but can't put it all together.

He is a pretty slow dude, though.

But they had nothing to lose. He was stranded anyway and it was two outs. And they were down 6-0 anyway.

which bum is Acta going to bring in to give it all right back?

According to that statement it does not matter who Acta brings in so why would you blame him for the decision if it doesn't really matter?

I won't blame him in this particular situation because really it doesn't matter who we put in the game here. I don't trust any of them except maybe Beimel and it's too early to use him.

What the hell was Pierre thinking?  Villone was looking straight at him when he tried to run.
