OTOH you can say Reyes is toopid for trying to score but that's what you do when playing a weaker opponent - you push them figuring they'll make a mistake. Didn't work this time tho.

It looked like Reyes just misjudged the ball to me, combined with the fact that he was already taking a huge lead off third.

why did they throw Delgado a meat fastball instead of continuing to throw sliders/curves?!

can't fault JZ for that run, jerry davis missed just a terrible strike 3.  one of the worst calls of the year, if not the worst.

i can't believe how bad jerry davis is.  i am so fuming and this time not at the nats.  nothing you can do when u get hosed twice in the same inning by the third base and crew chief.

I'm conflicted at this point...  I always want the team to win, but I almost think it would be better if we went on a huge skid just to get some heads rolling.

Like Carpie just said, the leadoff walk to Reyes was the killer.

Reyes should have struck out. he clearly went around on the check-swing. the 3B umpire is 0/2 today. FAILLLLLL! They should be fined $500 every time they miss a call.

It's not going to happen, Chief. If 3-13 isn't a huge skid I don't know what is. Acta is going nowhere. It would have already happened.

Dunn fits in perfectly with this team. he is not a difference maker

Sure he is.  Without him we'd have 2 wins instead 3 :?

yeah but they retired him at 3rd.  the inning should've been over earlier on the check swing he went all the way.
