Not w/ Matsui running and the angle that Milledge had to take. Unless you mean "small chance" as Matsui falling or something. 
Which could happen. That was pure laziness by Milledge. He has to try & catch it. You never know what could happen. I think it is indicative of his overall attitude toward the game.
