Rosenbaum isn't as good, but essentially he slips into the Chris Young role as the off-roster minor league starter first to be called up if there is a need for someone to spot start other than Duke.
I can't see Rosenbaum pitching for the Nats unless he makes huge progress. One of his selling points is he has all of his options in tact.
