I'm not too surprised, given his last few outings. It's clear he's healthy again and just now performing to specs, which would be as a #3-4 starter.
I never have subscribed to the exceptionally popular theory that you judge a player based on how he plays when he's hurt. Put a lot of faith in the pre-DL time, as it were.
