Geesh... This team is pressing so hard that they look absolutely awful. The pitchers have to walk possibly the tightest rope in baseball due to the lack of offense and the hitters are trying so hard that they look at meatballs and swing at crap in the dirt. Someone on the team needs to get into everyone's ass and try to wake these guys up.

Well, sportsfans, all of you watching from DC missed The Great Sausage Race. The Hot Dog edged out the Italian Sausage.

He's good.

I have a feeling he's going to get a lot of work on the remainder of this road trip.

I don't know what's sicker, our bats or that last pitch... nasty.

I like him a lot. He's a good'un - if 'Cat can do something with his control, there's no telling how good. You can't teach 101 mph...he's got some breaking stuff too.

OK, Rizzo. When you're building a roster, first start with players who hit, at least, average with RISP 2 outs.  Then expand outward to players who hit average or better just with RISP.  If they can hit with RISP they can hit, period.

How about that?

#defense #defense #defense

but we have so many athletes!

HRod really has started to look more comfortable. That gas and the slider he throws are just devastating... when he has command of them.
