Just messing with you Skippy. Kiner was a beast that played for the Pirates. He led the league in bombs his first 7 years in the league. All timers, correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't his career cut way too short because of injury (possibly back) issues?
Yes, but he still managed to be inducted into the Hall of Fame

I know Nyjer was grabbed by someone and thrown towards home... but the catcher blocked him.

That may have been the right call but I detest this umpiring crew.

Nah... Nyjer just tried to plow the catcher for no reason.

I don't get it.

what's the call they made.

Said he missed home plate, was touched by Pudge before he went back and touched the plate and is therefore out. Looked like the right call - Flush Flush.

Pudge touched him, contact between base runners.

Yes, but he still managed to be inducted into the Hall of Fame

His numbers are   his career OBP was .398 and his career OPS was .946  And in 10 seasons he made a total of $515,000 (a player after the Lerners own heart).

I mean... Nyjer is brain dead.

He could have easily touched home... yet he heads for the catcher to hit him for no reason.

I don't get it, at all.

what's the call they made.

He was touched by Pudge, who redirected Morgan back to touch home again.  It's an immediate out if a baserunner is touched by a teammate.  However, he many have touched home plate already, and should have thus already scored.

If the home plate umpire was about his business he would've noticed that and deemed him already safe!

It really looked to me like he stutter stepped and hit the plate.
