I've read some criticism of his drafting of Weeden. The argument is that Weeden is 28, he will take 2 years or so to learn the NFL game, which makes him 30, with only a few good years ahead of him. Meanwhile, you've got a team that won't compete for a while and really would have been better off drafting a younger QB who could grow with the team.
