Hey, the offense gave us 4 or 5 pretty good innings...and 10 runs. I'll take that at this point.

Keith Hernandez is an idiot: he probably comes from a long line of idiots.

But that last pitch was a strike.

KEITH HERNANDEZ IS AN IDIOT. he was dumbfounded that dukes thought that last pitch was high, WHEN HE REALLY WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE RIDICULOUS 10 FOOT STRIKE ZONE OF THE UMP. the first pitch of the at bat was too high, and that last one was low.

So, MASN is combining the O's/Nats booths this weekend?   That'll suck.

So Ayala pulled a Sammy Sosa. What a piece of crap. That's weak and it pisses me off.

read the quote again.

It was meant to be humorous.  the "I don't speak English" was an obvious joke, as he said it in perfect English.  guy was pissed, and didn't feel like talking to the media 20 minutes after blowing the game.

It doesn't pay much, but it's steady work.

In Dukes and Zim's defense, the ball/strike zone was controversial there in the top 9th.  Bottom line is this was a nice win.

Yeah that blows. Being cheap, that's why one team should not own another team's rights.

Gary Thorne will probably claim to have had a conversation with Babe Ruth, who confessed to him that he never called his shot in the 33 World Series

I would rather he say he didn't want to talk than say some stupid crap like that.

I know what I'm thinking - that like usual, it's close.

Not a Rauch situation.

This is now the longest GDT of the season.

The longest ever was in a game against Philly last year (968).

Oh, come on. That's pretty hilarious. I'd laugh if I was one of the media guys who he said that to.
