Seriously, why would it be so wrong for these kinds of calls to be able to be challenged or overturned? That's pretty bad right there.
I'd be in favor of anything that doesn't slow the game down. Get an extra umpire in the booth and have him or her review calls.
Balls and strikes would be tough...
