his strike out rate jumped and walk rate fell when he reached AA.  He was 1:1 or BB>K in A+.  He may consolidate a bit by repeating AA.

Yeah I'd imagine it was just an adjustment period. He won't BB>K as he moves up, but when he repeats AA and moves up to AAA next year I bet he'll cut down on the K's.

you can't stop anthony rendon, you can only hope to contain him.

Seriously, he's shaping up to be a force next season.

10 doubles in 72 ABs for Rendon, impressive. And 12 BBs to 14 Ks

The big question now is what position will Rendon play next year?

Salt River in the AFL championship game Saturday night. I assume MLB Network will carry it.

People need to stop phrasing things that way.

You gotta start looking at trading Skole now and it looks like Rendon might be up by May. Skole in Upton deal maybe???? They need a 3b.

Skole was not very good at third. It's why they moved him to first.

He's in what's basically an all star league and 6th in the league in SLG, so I'm not too worried about his bat at first. He is trade bait though

Between Skole and Moore, one guy should be the 1B for the Nats in the near future.  Unless Zim or Rendon ends up playing there.
