Guys, DFAing the 23-year-old Milledge because he isn't producing *now* would be like trading away a 20-year-old Grady Sizemore after he'd spent a couple years in the minors.

pfffft. don't tell sportsfan that. Milledge isn't perfect like Flores. that means he's a bum and a career minor leaguer who will never improve, ever.

Manny didn't have Milledge bunt because apparently Milledge is not capable of actually doing anything, bunting included.

Milledge is worthless, we should DFA him and let some other team claim him for nothing.

Potential is overrated. ESPECIALLY in first-year players.

if you don't get a hit ever single time you come up to the plate the moment you begin playing your first full season, you are garbage and should be released.

right sportsfan?

come off it with all the sarcasm, spidernat  JMad

Nats score a second run!

a leadoff double and Guzman is up - him and Dmitri are prob the only 2 people that i wouldnt have bunt. so he doesnt have Milledge bunt, but he has Guz bunt - go figure

It could be because of the guys batting behind him. Just maybe.

Looks like we'll have to rely on either Milledge or Pukes to drive in the rest of the runs, if Boone gets walked...

freak it, if we are going to scapegoat Milledge for the team's poor play(Since Kearns may not be a factor anymore), we may as well go overboard with it.

I believe Milledge will get it done this time around. I can't wait to see what JMad comes up with for that RBI hit.

I'm not a big fan of Zimmerman stealing here because of the chance of him sliding head first and freaking up his hand/wrist more.
