My experience is that services is very mixed. I've run into some pleasant, helpfu concessionaires and some really, really attitudinal, slow movin' sloth-like ones.
This is all great and all but I'd just like for them to stop running out cups, drinks, ice, mustard, ketchup, cash, and registers that work and have a staff that understands and administers actual customer services before we open some bullcrap boutique carts.
